There is a Scripture that goes, "Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD [is] near in the valley of decision". (Joe 3:14 KJV)
Persecution brings out a great deal of things.
1. It separates the real from those just hanging around for the benefits, and the real from the fake.
2. It causes a a person or group to pursue further and deeper into a Righteous Cause or persona.
No doubt we are in the last days... and no doubt persecution is coming to those who genuinely love Jesus Christ - and it's going to result in a refined people who are truly un-ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ - and power will come forth.
But it depends on what we do with what we see happening and what we hear is coming... can we see through the MADNESS???
